Thanks Jane for putting my toddler at ease- preparing him, building rapport amd making his tangles disappear. He came home and announced that the lady was 'super kind' - all his words. Thank you.

Took my 6 year old and 3 year old. Gary was excellent with both of them - kind, patient and gentle. He put them both at ease. And they both came away looking with smart cuts. Thanks.
